TERMS OF SERVICE

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, browsing, or using the BattleGG website (“batgg.space”), the BattleGG game experience on Roblox (the “Game”), or any related services, APIs, or content provided by BattleGG (collectively, the “Service”), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately discontinue use of the Service.

BattleGG operates on the Roblox platform and is subject to the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Community Standards in addition to these Terms. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Roblox's policies, the more restrictive provision shall apply. You are responsible for complying with both sets of rules.

If you are under 18 years of age, you represent that your parent or legal guardian has reviewed and agreed to these Terms on your behalf. We may require parental or guardian consent at any time.

2. Eligibility

You must have a valid Roblox account in good standing to access the Game. You must meet the minimum age requirements set by Roblox for your jurisdiction. Accounts that have been terminated, banned, or suspended by either Roblox or BattleGG are not eligible to use the Service.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. You are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual Property

All content within the Service, including but not limited to: game code, weapon designs, skin artwork, character models, map architecture, UI/UX design, logos, trademarks, trade names, sounds, music, visual effects, text, graphics, the BattleGG brand identity, and all other creative assets (collectively, “Content”) are the exclusive intellectual property of BattleGG and its creators, or are used under license.

You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, sell, or exploit any Content without prior written consent from BattleGG. This includes but is not limited to: ripping game assets, reverse engineering code, scraping website content, or using BattleGG branding for unauthorized purposes.

Limited, non-commercial use of screenshots and gameplay footage for personal content creation (videos, streams, social media posts) is permitted, provided that BattleGG is properly credited and the content does not misrepresent the Game or defame the brand.

4. Virtual Items and In-Game Economy

The Game may offer virtual items including weapons, skins, cosmetics, battle pass rewards, season items, and in-game currencies (including but not limited to Credits and Vaultcoins). All virtual items are licensed to you on a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable basis. Virtual items have no real-world monetary value and cannot be redeemed for real currency, goods, or services.

You acknowledge that: (a) BattleGG may modify, rebalance, nerf, buff, remove, or otherwise change any virtual item at any time without prior notice; (b) seasonal or time-limited items may be permanently removed from availability; (c) virtual items may not persist across major updates or game resets; (d) the trading, selling, or exchanging of virtual items for real-world currency or outside-game consideration is strictly prohibited.

5. Purchases and Payments

All in-game purchases are processed exclusively through the Roblox platform using Robux. BattleGG does not directly process any payments or store financial information. All transactions are final and subject to Roblox's refund policies.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that: (a) you are authorized to use the payment method; (b) in-game currencies are non-transferable between accounts and non-refundable; (c) prices may change at any time without notice; (d) promotional offers, discounts, or bonus items are at BattleGG's sole discretion and may be revoked at any time.

6. Player Conduct

You agree to conduct yourself in a manner consistent with Roblox Community Standards and the following additional BattleGG rules. You agree NOT to:

• Use exploits, hacks, cheats, bots, auto-clickers, or any third-party software that provides an unfair advantage or modifies the Game in any unauthorized way.
• Engage in harassment, bullying, hate speech, threats, discrimination, sexual content, or any form of abusive behavior toward other players.
• Engage in real-world trading (RWT) of virtual items, accounts, or in-game services for real money or external consideration.
• Impersonate BattleGG staff, moderators, developers, or other players.
• Intentionally grief, team, or collude to manipulate match outcomes, leaderboard standings, or scoring systems.
• Attempt to access restricted areas, server-side code, admin tools, or other players' data.
• Share, promote, or distribute exploits, bugs, or vulnerabilities rather than reporting them responsibly.
• Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law or regulation.

Violation of these rules may result in warnings, temporary suspensions, permanent bans, forfeiture of virtual items, and/or reporting to Roblox moderation. BattleGG reserves the right to take enforcement action at its sole discretion.

7. Leaderboards and Competitive Integrity

BattleGG maintains leaderboards and scoring systems to track player performance. You agree that: (a) BattleGG may reset, modify, or clear leaderboard data at any time, including between seasons; (b) any attempt to manipulate leaderboards through exploits, collusion, or artificial means will result in disqualification and potential banning; (c) BattleGG's determination of scoring, rankings, and placements is final.

8. Service Availability and Modifications

The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

BattleGG reserves the right to, at any time and without prior notice: (a) modify, update, patch, or change any aspect of the Game or website; (b) add, remove, rebalance, or alter weapons, items, maps, game modes, or mechanics; (c) suspend or discontinue the Service temporarily or permanently; (d) perform maintenance that may result in downtime; (e) wipe or reset player data, inventories, or progress for technical or game-balance reasons.

We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free. We are not liable for any loss of data, progress, or virtual items resulting from service interruptions, updates, or discontinuation.

9. User-Generated Content

Any content you create, submit, or display through the Service (including custom names, profile information, or communications) remains your responsibility. By submitting content, you grant BattleGG a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content in connection with the Service.

BattleGG reserves the right to remove, moderate, or restrict any user-generated content that violates these Terms, Roblox policies, or applicable law, without notice or obligation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, BattleGG, its creators, developers, staff, affiliates, and partners shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to: loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with: (a) your use or inability to use the Service; (b) any unauthorized access to or alteration of your data; (c) any conduct or content of third parties on the Service; (d) any content obtained from the Service; or (e) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.

In no event shall BattleGG's total liability exceed the amount you have paid to BattleGG (through Roblox) in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim, or $50 USD, whichever is less.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BattleGG, its creators, developers, staff, affiliates, and agents from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising out of or relating to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your violation of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) your user-generated content.

12. Dispute Resolution

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If resolution cannot be reached within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration. You agree to waive any right to a jury trial or to participate in a class action.

13. Termination

BattleGG may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. All provisions of these Terms that by their nature should survive termination shall survive, including intellectual property provisions, warranty disclaimers, limitation of liability, and indemnification.

14. Changes to These Terms

BattleGG reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated through the website or in-game notices. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

16. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and BattleGG with respect to the Service and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications, proposals, and agreements, whether oral or written.
